My alarm didn't ring
Snoozless is built on Apple's AlarmKit so it rings even on silent or in a Focus — but it does need permission. Open Settings → Snoozless and make sure alarm and notification access are enabled. The in-app "Alarm not working?" screen walks you through every check.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Snoozless → Cancel. If you cancel during the free trial you will not be charged.
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. Snoozless Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You are only charged if you keep the subscription past the trial. Cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed.
My sleep data isn't showing
Snoozless reads sleep from Apple Health. Open the Health app → Sharing → Apps → Snoozless and make sure sleep access is on. Sleep stages need a device that records them, such as an Apple Watch or Oura ring; without one you will still see total sleep time.
How do streak freezes work?
A streak freeze protects your streak for one missed day. The free tier includes one freeze per calendar month; Snoozless Pro gives you unlimited freezes.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral code from the app. When a friend subscribes, you both receive a credit. Rewards are paid out through Tremendous.
